Subsidiary Rights and Affiliates

Sheldon Fogelman Agency has actively pursued the sale and licensing of our clients' subsidiary rights since its inception. We have attended the Bologna Book Fair every year since 1977, and have licensed titles to publishers in over 25 countries. In addition, we have licensed motion picture/television rights to many titles, including James Marshall's The Stupids and Dan Greenburg's The Zack Files. Merchandising rights such as dolls, t-shirts, puzzles, calendars, and greeting cards have been licensed to many of our clients' characters, as well. Over the years, we've cultivated affiliations with select co-agents in various countries, as well as the Hollywood community in order to further advance the opportunities for our clients. They are:
